The LED tails are a bit a challenge. They fit in quickly and there is no problem installing them. However, the plugs on the car are different than the plug on the aftermarket lenses. You will need to do some rewiring. We used quick connects purchased from our local hardware store. We cut off the plug coming from the car's wiring harness and cut off the plug coming from the aftermarket lens. The wiring from the Z's harness consists of three wires: black, green/red & green/yellow. There are three wires on the aftermarket lens: black, green & red. What we did is splice off the plug from the Z's wiring harness and also cut off the plug from the aftermarket lens. The two black wires on the aftermarket lens, we wired to the single black wire coming from the vehicle (black to black). The green wire coming from the LED lens....we wired to the green/red wire coming from the vehicle's wiring harness. The red wire coming from the LED lens...we wired to the green/yellow wire coming from the vehicle's wiring harness. The black & white wires on the LED lens were wired to the little running light of the OEM lens. The wires to the running light were wired backwards so they didn't hook up like they should have.
