John B. of Millersville, PA showin off his Dodge Ram smoke tail light lenses (ALT-YD-DRAM94-SM). John took his taillights to the next level. He had the body of his lenses painted the same color of his Ram...looks TIGHT...thanks John!!

Here's what else John had to say about it: "On the Sport models the tail lights are color matched to the exterior paint. I took these to a local paint/body shop where they got the color code of my truck's paint off the inside door jamb of the truck. He roughed up the black surface of the tails with some water and high grit sand paper. He then applied a primer, a coat of paint, and topped it off with a clearcoat. I dropped them off on a Monday and picked them up on a Thursday, set me back $85. Not a bad price if you ask me. They really dress up the back end of this truck and have had a lot of compliments about them.

I am a member of DTW (Dodge Truck World) and got the idea off of that web site from some folks who have either had it done or have done it themselves. The popular consensus is to get it done at a paint shop. You can look at other pics of my truck and the mods I have done to it at this link. DTW. I plan on putting the link to the pic in your site in the Forum for other folks to see my tails and your site....."
