We recently had a question from Darrell U. His question is: "Are these just covers that go over the OEM lenses, or are these OEM headlight lens replacements? I have a 1998 Chevrolet Camaro and the headlight covers are scratched to the point that they look "fogged over" and make my lights appear very dim. I have to keep them on high beam just to get enough light to see by at night."


This was our answer to him: "These are complete lens replacements. You’ll have to remove the stock lenses to install these. We have a lot of people purchase these for the very same reason you have...to go with new and clear lenses. These lenses also have a lighted halo which you can hook up to a power source that will light up at night. Most customers wire the halo into the parking light circuit. That way, when you turn on the parking lights, the halo will light up. If you decide to purchase a set, feel free to send us pictures once they’re installed so we can post them here on our website."
